"I took my Volvo here twice because it was using too much oil. I paid about €200 for a service, and they said the car was perfectly fine. After about six months, the low oil light came on again. I went back, and they said again, no leaks. They said that was normal. I happened to have it checked at a different garage, and there was still a leak! I find this a real shame, but luckily I didn't have to pay much the second time; they just topped up the oil."
