The first time I had my car repaired, the staff at the counter were friendly and helpful, but this time the car was covered in overspray and scratches from their car wash. They cleaned it off and did it again. It turned out the paintwork wasn't good, so they left the car for days and repainted it. When I picked it up, it was covered in overspray and sanding scratches again, as if the guy had slipped a little while sanding. There was also a drip on the hood. The paintwork was done quite poorly and was sprayed over a protective sticker that can't be replaced. I don't understand how this passed quality control.

Als ik 10 sterren zou kunnen geven zou ik het doen! Met doffe lakschade aan de achterkant van mijn auto langs geweest, eigenlijk om een rapport voor de verzekering te maken. Door Peter werd geadviseerd eerst te kijken of met schuren en polijsten de schade te verhelpen was. Hij is een half uurtje bezig geweest en heeft de schade volledig gerepareerd, zie bijgesloten foto. Ook een kleine schade aan het dak werd hersteld. Dit werd volledig gratis gedaan als service. Ik had er graag voor betaald maar was niet nodig. Niets dan lof voor dit soort service! Zie je nog zelden tegenwoordig. Bij een eventuele volgende schade weet ik waar ik naartoe rij!

The damage to my wing mirror was neatly resolved. Excellent service. The only problem was that I was given a loaner car with nothing in it to defrost the windows. Luckily, there was still a scraper in the cupboard. And when I picked it up after the repair, it turned out it wasn't quite ready, so I drove for nothing. This was ultimately resolved by returning my car to my home that same evening. Well done!

After a heavy November storm, a broken branch caused significant roof damage to the car. It soon became clear that the car was a total loss. Top-notch company! From start to finish, they provided efficient and courteous service. The people you speak to on the phone, when you drop off the car, and when you pick it up are all great, polite, and friendly. They're clear about what to expect and offer excellent service! The replacement car was also a great one, and the damage was repaired so neatly that no one will ever see a thing! Absolutely fantastic!
