Professional, but make sure you make clear agreements. My experience wasn't very pleasant. I had a car with dual Webers that was leaking fuel above the exhaust. I took it there with a tow truck so he could check it, replace what was necessary, and adjust it. Then I picked up the car again with that. I rented a tow truck twice, there and back. The result: some parts in the Weber were replaced, but not tested because it wasn't a BMW, and he had no experience with them. I should have removed the Webers and left the car at home. Anyway, once I got home, the Webers started leaking in other places again. Not for me again.
