I'm very satisfied with my experience at LT Auto's in Leeuwarden. From the very first contact, I received friendly and professional service. The staff take their time, provide honest advice, and are proactive, something that's not always a given these days. The car I bought was in perfect condition, exactly as described. Everything was clearly explained, from test drive to delivery. Even after the purchase, the service remains excellent: quick contact and always willing to help. A very reliable car company where customer satisfaction truly comes first. I would recommend LT Auto's to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained car and honest service. Top-notch company!

I called in December 2024 about a Passat and was able to take a test drive that same afternoon. I received a friendly welcome with a cup of coffee and took the test drive. I had a good price for the trade-in car and reached a deal without any sales pitches. Now, almost a year later, without any problems, all in all, a good car. I bought a Renault Scenic from them. The car was in good condition, but the day after I bought it a warning light from battery fault started to show in the panel. I asked them to call me. They said they will but this never happened. So I contacted them by Whatsapp and explained that a warning light "STOP car, battery fault" is showing. I got a reply saying literally this: "We've contacted the provider we bought the car from and he says the fault is not a safety issue, so you can drive. In case that you want to fix it must be the battery or alternator". What?,I was expecting much more than this poor service; at least a 'please come over and we take a look at it'. But no, no customer service after the purchase. So I contact them again explaining that there is a fault in the car and must be fixed by them. But I got no response since. They read my messages but do not even respond to whatsapp anymore. I must say that the car is in good condition, but I expected better service if something breaks the day after you buy the auto. If you are going to buy an auto from them make sure all is good because you can find same experience that I did: deal with the problem yourself. ________________________________________________________________(Update after business owner review:) Dear owner, Indeed this review comes late because I now noticed that the review was not posted for some unknown reason. I am very sorry to hear that you run into issues with the auto I trade to you. I was absolutely no aware of any problem with my Volvo, which I driving for 110 km./ day. How could I know about a Gearbox problem that you didn't even detected when we traded? Why didn't you reached out to me back then? there was no noise and gear selector was smooth. Also, the oil transmisison was rechecked in the garage I take my autos in amsterdam, and all revisions and oil changes took place at the correct time, with all the stamps in the booklet present. All fluids were ok, and nothing was rough or weird with transmission. You could have let me know at the moment and we could have found a solution together. I am not a professional auto, on the contrary your team it is. You tested my auto and there was no probelm with it; that's why you accepted the trade and got a well functioning auto for a quite good deal. I just did a quick research on the EGR valve and an auto with this issue do not drive, or at least drive very bad and slowly. So, this was no present at the moment of the trade. Anyways, this fact shouldn't exempt a business auto of providing a solution for a customer. Just a week later of the purchase I had to spend 800 euros on an alternator, otherwise the auto wouldn't start (factuur available). Nonetheless, the Renault I got from you had no other issue at all since, and still goes every day and I am happy with it and the treatment you provided me back then. Just not happy with the post-sale service (just the day after I run into alternator issue, and a week later car didn't start). I am sorry for this inconvenience and give you my word that I had no idea of any transmission problem. I wish you had told me back then and together found a solution. I can see that other reviews to your business were very positive. This tells me that my case must have been one very unfortunate, and you guys do things well. I wish you the best of success, and I believe that after all I would buy again an auto from you, looking at the good status of the Renault you sold me and the rest of the positive reviews.
