"Buying a car there is fine, but if something goes wrong under warranty, you get zero service and absolutely no response. I've been trying to get a problem resolved for weeks. It's a disgusting situation. I really shouldn't get a star."

"I went there on a weekday to get parts for my car. They told me they were too busy to help me. Could I leave my phone number and they'd call me back the next day? The next day I didn't get a call back, so I called again. Then someone answered the phone and told me they were very busy again and asked me to call back at another time. I did, but unfortunately, I had to do it myself again. My conclusion is, if you only want and can make time for people buying cars, don't sell parts."
