I have a problem with the volume button on the steering wheel. I called Louwman de Goes, first they said I had to talk to someone from the sales department, who was never available, I called the second time, the person was not there, they said they would call and they never called.i call to kia and they told me that my car that i bought in Louwman is not registered in kia from Nederland and they cannot help me, i should to contact kia from louwman to register my car in Kia from netherland. I call again to louwman goes, they said that the only person who can see if the car is registered is the person who sell me the car. what kind of service is this, i have now to stalker the person who sold me the car. I call to the person, he dont answer my calls.Please dont joke with people.Please if you want to buy a car in Louwman Goes, think twice, after 3 weeks nobody call me. I contact a laywer, i bought the car last year and the warranty ends in setemper.
