In early April, my Range Rover Sport 5.0 V8 was towed to Land Rover The Adventure in 's-Hertogenbosch due to a slight leak in the coolant line under the supercharger. After their investigation, I was told that the water pump needed to be replaced. I had this repaired. They then indicated that the coolant line under the supercharger was also leaking, so I had this repaired as well. The next day, Marco called me to tell me that the repairs had gone well, that the car started fine, and that everything was fine. He said that the next day he would only install a few covers and the windshield wipers, and that I could pick up the car afterward. To my great surprise, Marco called me again the next day, saying that my engine was broken and that I needed to come pick up the car. I then drove a tow truck to Land Rover The Adventure for an interview. During this conversation, Marco indicated that the car had already been delivered in a defective condition and that I would have to have the engine repaired elsewhere. Even though I received my car in a broken condition, I did receive an invoice for €4,800, which I paid. Immediately afterward, I had the car transported to a remanufacturing company in Tilburg. Their thorough investigation revealed that Land Rover The Adventure had made a serious error, causing the car to overheat and sustain significant engine damage. With the help of this remanufacturing company, extensive evidence was gathered, clearly demonstrating that the damage occurred during work on Land Rover The Adventure. The investigation took a total of six months. Ultimately, an internal claims expert determined that Land Rover The Adventure was fully responsible for the engine damage. Fortunately, I was ultimately reimbursed for all costs incurred. Nevertheless, I still find it hard to believe that something like this could happen at a highly reputable dealership. A mistake of this magnitude is unacceptable. I have completely lost all confidence in Land Rover The Adventure.

Exceptional Service and Outstanding Support I’ve had the pleasure of working with the team at Land Rover The Adventure, and I can confidently say they’ve exceeded all my expectations. From regular maintenance to more complex work like installing an electric tow bar, every service has been carried out with great attention to detail and professionalism. Special thanks to Marco, whose communication, responsiveness, and dedication to helping customers is truly next-level. He supported me throughout a difficult situation with an insurance claim and ensured my car was repaired as quickly as possible—something I didn’t expect based on my previous experiences with other dealerships. I’ve also had to use Land Rover Assistance twice, and both times the coordination with the dealership went smoothly and efficiently. Compared to my previous experience, this has been a completely different (and much more premium) experience. The service here truly lives up to the Land Rover brand. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a team that goes the extra mile.

Rip off artists- I booked my 4 year old range rover in for a service and APK. Service was completed but I was informed it had failed the APK due to the rear seatbelts not working properly and needed to be changed cost of seat belts 600 euros plus fitting costs. They would need to be ordered so best if I could leave my car with them for a few days. I refused as I couldnt believe the seat belts had failed on a 4 year old range rover so paid for the service and picked up my car that evening. Went home and could find nothing wrong with the seat belts.Then drove back to the garage most people had left as it was nearly 6pm on Friday evening. Spoke to an employee who walked with me to the car. He also could find no fault. He called a mechanic who also could find no fault. But due to the time they couldnt offer me a solution and asked me to bring my car back in Monday. I decided that I would like a second opinion so took my car instead on Monday to an independent APK station and advised them that it had failed last friday due to supposedly a problem with the rear seat belts It passed APK no problem. The seat belts were not defective! Adventure Den Bosch would have charged me 1000 euros to repair a problem that they made up. I have always used main dealers on the assumption they could be trusted and take the best care of my car. Needless to say I will not return to the adventure den bosch and will always have the opinion that they are rip off artists ....be warned
