"Update following Lan Dauer's caption; It is a bit petty to first label this review as fake in your (edited) response, then acknowledge involvement, and then half-deny it again. We set aside a day for a viewing arranged through you and drove over 100 km. Three times (!!) beforehand, we were told that everything on the car was functioning *and* the air conditioning was working! Upon arrival, it turned out this was not the case; the air conditioning was broken, there was a crack in the window, and the tailgate was loose. The car was also late for the appointment because the air conditioning still needed to be refilled in the hope that it would work, which was in vain. "Yes, we will call you back as soon as the air conditioning is fixed..." naturally, we never heard anything from them again. Just be honest with your customers in advance and don't make them travel across the country unnecessarily. All (telephone) contact went through one of your employees, and your name & logo were also displayed. Google Maps shows your company at the viewing location. Seems like enough engagement to me 😉 Note: incidentally, you got to work on Google reviews quickly, and it mainly seems to give the impression that the positive reviews on this page are 'the fake reviews'."

"Stay away!! I bought a car from this company that the seller said was inspected and therefore in good order. Within a few months, it was sitting idle with serious defects. Attempts to repair it were ignored by this company. I feel ripped off!"
