I had a completely flat tyre, literally 0 air, drive on rim flat, 30 seconds away from their shop. You could smell the rubber, one could say. Alas they couldn't help, sorry too far sorry can't do... "But do you have a jack so I can at least lift the car, take the tyre off and bring it to you? Look, the car is right there!" "Yeah no we don't have those". Sure... In the end I had to call roadside (I have a van and my silly standard issue scissor jack failed in the task as I was on an incline) and they fixed the problem on the spot... In 5 minutes but 75 minutes later. Remove Kwik from your name and get your guys to move a little cause from what I saw I'm not sure about the fit either

Kwik fit employee did not listen before service and did not explain anything about my queries. He just handed over key to me.. no explanation. Worst service

Have just came here for the first time, excellent services, everything was discussed in an honest and open way. A lot of good info and advices about tires & potential improvements in general. Used to go to a different service, now I will change to this location.

Kwik-Fit said my car has two changes .. break replacement on rear tyre and lamp fix. And they were charging Euro 450 for it. And later they mentioned that they will not fix. had to take my car to another garage to have it fixed. And to surprise the fixes were done at very nominal charges. Am not going to kwik-fit (in Julian van Stolberglaan) again.

I took my car at Kwik-Fit for an APK and was informed that it was not approved as one of the rear license plate lamps and its cover were missing. Kwik-Fit said they wouldn't fix it as the part was not available - I had to take my car to another garage to have it fixed. Once the lamp and its cover were installed by another garage (in Iess than1 day!) I called Kwik-Fit to schedule a re-check (only concerning that particular lamp) and was told that only in 5 days they would be able to do that - come on we are talking about checking a simple lamp! I now ask what is the value of offering an APK service if you're not able to fix what is necessary to have a car approved?
