They made scratches in my car and tried to hide passing some wax. I am SURE it happend in the store. I complained a few times and they asked me to wait to check the cameras to confirm but never came back. This is not about money - It is about trust.

I brought my car to this shop to fix a broken window mechanism. After a few days, I paid €400 and took the car home. The next day, the window glass popped out of position again, which is very dangerous—it could have broken while driving. I returned the car for a second repair. Even after the second attempt, the window was still not fixed properly. We could hear broken parts, and the glass again jumped out of position the following day. Although the mechanic eventually convinced me to let them try one more time, and the window hasn’t popped out since, it is still not fully functional. I have to avoid using the window normally because I don’t trust it anymore. I do not recommend this shop. The repair was expensive, unsafe, and unreliable.

Brilliant! On route to Amsterdam from central France found a slow punture in our campervan when near Amsterdam. Rang around a few places on the friday morning with no success and in the end drove to KwikFit Hoofdorp for help. Lady on reception brilliant, although late on a busy friday morning she said if I could leave the vehicle for a few hours they would try to fit in, inbetween other jobs. Had a call mid afternoon that all complete and punture found, fixed and all good! All for €48 euros. This meant we could travel home monday with no delays! Great service and very helpful, thank you!

Came to replace a lamp for a friend. Which shouldnt take more than 10 minutes to replace. They told me you need to come on another day. And if i come i will need to leave the car and go home, and once they finish they will call me. I asked them if i can’t just wait, they told me no. All After all, I went to action bought the lamp for 2 euros and replaced it my self in less than 10 minutes. Very poor service and mentality too! Quite dissapointed!

The service of KwikFit sucks! I have 4 usable tires and during the service they convinced me to change to 4 'new' tires with almost 1000 euro. After the service one tire is leaked and they said it is my own business. This is the worst altitude and worst service I've ever seen in the Netherlands!
