Thirteen months ago, I bought a car here, and it now turns out the entire clutch kit and flywheel need replacing. The cost is €1700. I'd driven relatively few kilometers before the problems started, but the owner didn't seem to care. He called it "normal wear and tear" and refused to offer any compensation. The owner offered no goodwill whatsoever, so I wouldn't recommend this garage.

On Saturday, I picked up my (very nice) Volvo S60 T4 at Kuijer Automotive. From the moment I stepped inside, I had the impression I'd found an honest and reliable dealership. The negotiations about the Volvo, and the trade-in of my old car, were fair and transparent. They even added a few extras to the Volvo that we hadn't discussed during the negotiations, but which, upon closer inspection, were better off being replaced. In my opinion, this speaks volumes about the care that goes into a car purchased from this company. Although Kuijer Automotive was recommended to me by a (highly valued) family member, it was still a completely new experience for me, and I more or less had to wait and see. But from the beginning until the moment of delivery, it was a good and pleasant experience. And I have every confidence that if any problems arise with the car, a fair and appropriate solution will be found. Because I also received clear agreements from Kuijer Automotive, in writing, regarding the (full) warranty. And NO, this isn't some fake story I'm writing here (for bribes)! As some negative reviews might have you believe... And YES, I can wholeheartedly recommend Kuijer Automotive to anyone looking for a good car and an honest story to take a look. It's definitely worth it, because there's something for everyone. Carlo, Thank you again so much for everything. Best of luck with your wonderful car company. We had a fantastic experience with Kuijer! Carlo is an honest and reliable man with a passion for his work. We were able to buy a great car at a reasonable price. They take their time with you, and any questions are answered promptly. The car was delivered promptly and was thoroughly washed before we hit the road. After the purchase, a minor issue arose, which was resolved without any hassle. I highly recommend this company.
