Bought a Porsche Cayenne here and asked for an explanation of the hybrid charging system, but was told to just plug it in and it would work. Then the charging cable seemed to be broken, and after much nagging, they only gave me €100, even though a new charger cost €980, but they said it wasn't part of the car. Shortly after, I developed engine problems and was told to have it cleared at a garage; it probably wouldn't be anything. It turned out to be a major EGR problem, which cost me a fortune. P.S. I was called back after the review and had a proper phone conversation where they admitted their mistakes. Of course, there's nothing you can do afterward, but the fact that they called and took a moment to reflect on the situation certainly says something about the company and the people who work there, so +2

The people there are friendly, attentive, and without any fuss, taking the time for you as if you were their only customer. No smooth talk, no sales gimmicks. Just passion, knowledge, and old-fashioned service that's rarer these days than a winegrower without an opinion. The delivery? A celebration. The car gleamed like a mirror, everything perfectly arranged. And even after the purchase, they remained engaged and helpful. In short: at Koppers, you don't buy a car; you take home a good feeling on four wheels.
