Regarding the test drive experience: We arrived a little early for the test drive. Thomas was just getting the car ready. We had a pleasant welcome. We walked around the car together before the test drive and were very helpful. During the test drive, it turned out it wasn't the car I was looking for. He understood, and we briefly walked around the showroom to see if there was anything else I might like. Overall, a pleasant welcome and service. The used car was exactly as described.

Update: Following the review below, we were contacted and the amount refunded. It's always a shame when companies only take action under pressure from a bad review. Klaver had ample opportunity to take initiative after the incident. The review remains online because I'm not convinced this situation arose or was resolved in "good faith." Review: A new C1 purchased from Klaver had its first MOT. The story was told that a headlight needed replacing for €650. The claim (!) stated that the headlight pattern was incorrect, likely due to damage from a collision. The car is completely undamaged and has never been involved in a collision. A mechanic who noticed that the headlight unit was in the UK was reprimanded by an employee. The lie was exposed! After an unpleasant conversation, they paid "half" to replace the headlight unit that had been installed by Klaver since delivery. This is very customer-unfriendly and feels like they're ripping off a regular customer.

I no longer have a Citroën. However, Klaver doesn't do the maintenance properly. They don't know that Citroën brakes have to be cleaned every 30,000 km. If not, the costs are high. However, I'll never buy a French car again. French junk. Vibration in the steering wheel due to warped brake discs. Because they don't clean the brakes. They don't want to give a warranty. When I went to a different garage, I didn't have that problem anymore. High depreciation. Because other brands hate Citroëns and don't offer many trade-ins, so you have to drive the car.
