"If you care your BMW stick to this garage. The only thing I concerned was 30k oil change intervals. Yes that is what is written in the manual but everybody knows that 30k is too much for these machines. I had timing chain replaced here and it is still solid rock. Later garages did not satisfy me. They always do something wrong."

"We had a problem with our bmw during holiday, we sent our car to them because we thought they can handle the problem quicker, but I was wrong. It took them 2 days before they look into the problem and then another 3 days inclusive wekend to fix the car( 1.5 hour work in fact) . Price is shockingly high as well. We regret that we didn’t go to a normal garage where more manpower were available."

"Left the car for diagnostics. When I came to pick it up, there was a scratch on the car. I showed it to the manager. He said that I did it. I asked to see it on camera to convince me it wasn't their fault. For two days they could not give me an answer, and then they said that they would not watch the cameras. They didn't even apologize to me. Very bad customer service in a rude manner"

"We took on a road trip to Maastricht, where we realised that we need to get our brakes replaced. We drove to BMW Kessels to ask for help and the team pulled together to try and get us back on the road on the same day. Very friendly service, highly recommendable."
