"Bad experience, you make an appointment with these people to come and look at a car, I drive all the way there, come from far away, we are almost there, I receive a message, the car has been sold! What kind of agreements are these, and they cannot give you information about what they sell, bad business!!"

"In a word, scandalous. I bought a car from the company in May and they considered it "good." The day after buying it, the car started shaking and shuddering when stopped. The gentleman attributed this to the spark plug wires. The next day, the engine management light came on. I contacted the company again, and they claimed it was related to the spark plug wires. A few days later, I went to the company, and the gentleman replaced the spark plug wires and coil, which should have solved the problem. The day after returning home, the engine management light came on again. He suddenly attributed this to an old catalytic converter instead of the spark plug wires and coil, and told me there was nothing more he could do. I had informed him about the legal warranty that applies to a used car, and that the company is liable for any defects and the inability to use the car (information obtained through a lawyer). According to him, this wasn't the case. I then took the car to a garage for a minor service/check-up (this was already scheduled). The mechanic/inspector called me with the disturbing news that the ball joint was loose, the left-hand steering ball joint was faulty, and the rear axle rubbers were loose. The car shouldn't even have passed its MOT under these circumstances, as the first aspect is extremely dangerous. Because of this, I was forced to have an emergency repair carried out at the garage. After this, I informed the company again of all the defects and findings, but they haven't responded since. A car should be delivered in good condition so that a potential buyer can drive it with confidence, but this wasn't the case at all. I'm still dealing with the defects, and who knows what else will happen. The company is unresponsive and simply says they can't do anything. Think twice before buying a car here, and preferably have it inspected by an RDW inspection station to avoid these problems for yourself."
