Stefan was great to communicate with, and he got my car back on the road. Everyone there is super friendly and nice. The only thing that could be better is getting the car back a bit faster, instead of waiting a month. Everything else was really well done!

There was a problem shortly after buying my Skoda Superb. I reported it immediately, and everything was resolved so well. I was able to have a company of my choice fix the problem. However, the problem wasn't completely resolved after a new oil valve. I reported this back immediately, and they immediately came up with a solution. Problem solved. I was also told that if the car started stuttering again, I should contact them immediately and they would take care of it right away. I highly recommend buying a car from this company. And the Bovag warranty is also excellent. Stefan and colleague, thank you for your excellent service.
