"What a lousy company. I made an appointment weeks in advance. After a one-hour drive, I arrived at the agreed-upon date and time, and no one was there. I called. They were on vacation. I was told there was no appointment. I was even called a liar. I will never do business with this company again. M and M."

"I'd hoped to leave here feeling good, but unfortunately, the opposite was true. I had my JBL audio system installed by K-Tronic, and it quickly became apparent that serious mistakes had been made: wood screws were used, drilled directly into the metal of my door without any finishing, adapter rings were installed the wrong way around, tweeters were connected incorrectly, which threatened to overload my head unit, and worst of all: one of my brand-new speakers was damaged (cracked cone), presumably due to incorrect installation or a tool slippage. When I raised this issue, they immediately denied it. I then had a professional audio installation company help me, who confirmed the damage and documented everything. Even with proof and photos, K-Tronic continued to deny everything, hung up on me during a phone call with the other company, laughed at me, and ultimately cut me off from communication by blocking my email address. No responsibility, no apology, nothing. Pure contempt for the customer. And worst of all: I was ridiculed for even raising the issue. A company that treats its customers like this simply doesn't deserve to be a customer. Advice: save yourself money, frustration, and damage to your car. Go to a professional, customer-focused company. K-Tronic is absolutely not that."
