"Here you can see that this man is dishonest. How can you possibly rate your own company? And the only one giving him 5 stars is himself, which is truly pathetic! He sold me a broken car, and he also said I signed a paperwork to purchase a car that didn't have a warranty, but he said that after I showed up in front of his business with a broken car! Everything you buy, no matter where you buy it or how much it costs, has some kind of warranty!!! Especially a car that cost us €2800. And then required so much maintenance... if you're selling something, you should at least know that what you're selling is working!!! If you're a good and honest man, of course! My car broke down the day after I bought it, not even 24 hours later. He wasn't friendly and wouldn't help me at all. What was I supposed to do? When you first enter his business, he's very friendly and welcoming. The coffee was ready, but not even 24 hours later, we returned with a broken car, and he wasn't friendly at all. The coffee was ready, but only for himself! What was also quite coincidental is that I later met someone who had also bought a car there, and he said he couldn't be trusted! If you buy a car from someone on Marktplaats and it breaks down the next day, I can understand that you were out of luck, but with a company, it's a different story. Think very carefully if you're considering buying a car from JW Auto's."

"I bought a used car, and everything looked neat. The day after I bought it, the engine light flashed, not a good sign. I immediately went back to JW Autos for an explanation. It turned out the engine was only running on three spark plugs. The car was skipping the fourth because it was completely rusted and dirty. In short, new spark plugs were needed, and the cables needed replacing. JW Autos made me pay for all of this myself. And it doesn't stop there. Two months later, the catalytic converter also broke because of this. I never received any compensation from them because I bought the car without a warranty. Sorry, but if I buy something that breaks within a day, you'd expect them to arrange some compensation! Response to owner's comment: Hi Jelmer, I want to correct you on your comment. Our Ford, which we bought from you, was for sale for €3,200. I offered €2,800 for it, which you accepted. We bought it for €2,800, not €2,500. YOU'RE NOT BEING HONEST ABOUT THIS! The current market value of the Ford, according to the ANWB (Royal Dutch Touring Club), is €2,650, by the way. So you made a nice profit. If I understood correctly, this was a trade-in from someone who bought a car from you. You simply wanted to sell this Ford as quickly as possible without checking it for defects. When I buy a car from a garage, I can at least assume it runs, with or without a warranty. This wasn't the case with you, because a flashing engine light means you have to stop driving immediately. It wasn't a problem at all that you could reserve the car for us for a month, and if you say you went above and beyond for us, I disagree. And one more thing, Jelmer: how can you give your own company 5 stars when that's the customers' responsibility!?"
