Last week I traded in a car at J&M Occasions. I'm very happy with the deal we made. I got a good, realistic price for my old car, which allowed me to buy a good new one. Since I've been driving the car, I haven't encountered any unusual issues; it drives fantastically! They also got the new car ready within two days, which takes at least a week at most other dealerships! All in all, I received very friendly service from J&M Occasions, and I would definitely recommend them to my friends, family, and acquaintances.

I had a very bad experience getting a Micra inspected. They know exactly what the rejection points are, and absolutely everything needed repairing. The invoice even included new windshield wipers, but the old ones were still installed. My daughter bought a Micra from JM last year. After a day, the engine management light came on, but that wasn't a guarantee. She had the timing chain replaced at another garage. Last week, the gearbox seized up, so she just bought a scrapyard. I'll never buy a car or even a part from JM again.
