"Absolutely unreliable. Bought a car that developed serious and dangerous defects within a few days: overheating (temperatures in the red), loss of coolant, engine smoke, and later, extreme fuel consumption. The seller performed one "repair," but the problems persisted and even worsened. This was followed by complete silence: no more emails and no response to an official letter sent by mail with clear deadlines. This is no way to do business, and certainly not how a professional seller treats a customer. Warning to others: Only buy here if you are willing to take the risk of solving everything yourself. If you experience problems shortly after purchase: put everything in writing, set a strict deadline, and arrange an independent technical report as soon as possible. Don't expect any cooperation afterward. For me: no solution, no responsibility, no trust."

"On June 28th, I bought a car from Jenzcars in Haarlem, having seen a Renault Twingo on Marktplaats. Upon arrival, I asked for a test drive. I took a test drive and then asked the Jenzcars employee or owner if anything needed to be done, since it was my first car. The man said everything had been checked. Literally a month later, the car stopped working, which turned out to be a broken gearbox, and the car wouldn't run. After that, the odometer sometimes worked. I strongly advise against this company; it was with a heavy heart that I had to sell it. And I'm now €850 poorer, plus no car."

"I found my Kia Picanto here, severely condemned, and thought it was going to the scrapyard. The underside was dangerously rusted through, but after just one day it was already on the website with a one-year MOT. The engine still ran fine, though, so that wasn't the problem. The selling price on this site is still €400 higher than I paid for it back then."

"Bought a car here last year, a fairly old one for a hefty price, but they were kind enough to help me with everything, so I finally drove it. The engine stopped, and I heard a drowning sound. I went back to the garage and called the ANWB eight times for this problem. They tried to fix it several times at Jenz Car and promised all sorts of things. They even let me pick out another car, but it cost a hefty price on top of that. They promised me they'd call me if they had another one, but I haven't heard anything from them since. They seem nice, but don't fall for them! You're buying a scrap car, and all that sweet talk gets you nowhere! I drove it three times, but it had some issues, and it had to be scrapped!"

"After only 2 months, the hood came loose on the freeway at 100km, the brakes are failing, the direction pulls to the left and the clutch doesn't work anymore, this car is done, I tried calling but no answer, I would not recommend anyone to buy cars from this place. I lost my money but karma does come back, sooner than later, don't lose your money at this place."
