Last week I heard something on my car Ford Fiesta Since I had an appointment today, July 7, 2025, for the minor service and inspection, they immediately took this into account. Another perfect delivery. Plus, they didn't forget to take me home this morning and pick me up again at 5 p.m. by a salesperson. It was top service again.

This company isn't worth a star. My sister-in-law took a C3 for an MOT, and the car was completely destroyed with all sorts of shady issues. She was told it would cost thousands of euros and she wasn't allowed to drive the car anymore because it was extremely dangerous. The only thing wrong in the end was the third brake light bulb, and they'd put fresh grease on the tie rod end seals – the scammers. Went elsewhere for a second opinion on the MOT after the third brake light was fixed and the tie rod end seals cleaned, and the car passed immediately. Among other things, they said about a wheel falling off and it was extremely dangerous. Scaremongering over nothing, and in my opinion, trying to swindle a woman who can barely afford the car out of a few euros and then selling it at a high price. Deeply, deeply sad. I won't recommend anyone else to go there, and they should be glad we didn't contact the RDW (Dutch Vehicle Authority).

Nine months ago, I bought a used car with the stipulation that a defect would be repaired/resolved. I think I went to the garage three or four times, only to get a vague explanation about tires, but the real problem wasn't resolved. I've since given up. They don't do what they promise. I'll never go to Janssen-Kerres Sittard again.

Very satisfied with the service. The seller did everything possible to deliver the car before the agreed-upon date, despite the holiday rush. We received excellent service.
