The online shop creates the impression that many parts are available, which is NOT the case! You can order these parts by creating a customer account with your personal information, and you receive a confirmation (order number) via email, but ultimately a message stating that the part is not available! You're not ordering for fun, but because you need a part and perhaps have a workshop appointment or the vehicle is already "disassembled" there. This is very poor business practice - especially in light of data protection (GDPR)! (Requesting data first, which then probably won't be deleted?!) Consolation prize: You didn't have to pay upfront. Otherwise, you might have to chase after your money. So, unfortunately, we can only agree with the previous speakers!

I had friendly contact by phone, and he seemed eager to help. Unfortunately, after further contact via WhatsApp about various Jaguar parts, the gentleman ignored me and didn't offer any further assistance with the various parts. I should have politely told him it wasn't going to work, so I wouldn't have had to wait unnecessarily.

It was a while ago , but I still want to write this review because it was such a bad experience I drove my rare Jaguar XJR100 to Jag Parts It had the Restricted Performance error message on the dash and they would repair it Richard said I am fighting a terrible disease {cancer} and they knew that at Jag Parts It took months and they said they still could not find out what was wrong with the car Richard said maybe if there so called mechanic had more time than he already had than maybe they would find The problem but it would cost much more money Also that was no promise Richard said, the car was there for months what where they waiting for ? why did they keep my car so long.. My prognosis for life was only a few months Richard knew that I also needed my car to visite the hospital for the cancer treatments Did he want to keep the rare limited XJR100 for parts when i dont make it in time to pick it up it was terrible what happend When i finally picked up my Jaguar XJR100 It did not run anymore .. I had to tow it away from Jag Parts to another garage I also had to pay Richard 1500 euro only for investgation he wanted more money if i leave the car there but no guarantee that the car would be fixed he said. The other Jaguar garage found out that the car was sabotaged at Jag Parts .. A few wire`s were cut from the engine loom {i have proof of that} So it didnt run anymore Within a minute they also found that the Throttle body sensor was bad Thats why i got the Restricted Performance error message on the dash Thats the first thing you look at when you get that message they said And the next day i could pick up the car they fixed it for 300 euro They also called Richard about this sabotage but he was ignorant . I still fight every day for my life there is still no cure Why do people do these things to others ..only for money.

Worst internet transaction I have ever had. Spent thousands with guy, sent me incorrect parts after showing me photos of correct parts; some used parts were damaged after assuring me they would not be and then he told me they were damaged in transit inside a wooden box. How does a front wing get burn damage without the wooden box catching on fire? The rear bumper cover has impact damage from one side to the other making it unusable and multiple other bits were also damaged. No way this was all done in transit. I think he figured that because I'm half a world away I can't do much about it. He makes promises about making it right but then stuffs you around for months. From the time of my initial inquiry, it has been nine months of frustration. Be warned, he's a liar and a scammer. I'm now looking into options for taking this further.
