Excellent service and honest people – highly recommended! I recently bought a Dodge Ram from Jacobs Auto’s in Nijmegen and am very satisfied with the entire experience. I submitted an offer through Marktplaats, and they responded quickly and kindly. They accepted my offer, and I was able to come by soon to view the car. The car was exactly as described – no surprises. I had asked beforehand if they could have the automatic transmission flushed and a major service performed before I bought the car. They arranged this perfectly, including clear invoices for the work performed. After purchasing, I discovered that the remote start option wasn't working due to the existing alarm system. Jacobs Auto’s took immediate action, scheduled an appointment for me, and had the alarm professionally removed. They covered all the costs. In short: honest people, excellent service, and everything as agreed. I rightfully give them 5 stars and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable car and good service!

Ook hier een tevreden klant. Mijn Ram hier vorig jaar gekocht. En bijna een jaar later nog service gehad op een paar punten die we tegen zijn gekomen voor de Apk. Net bedrijf met prachtige auto's en een goede service. Een volgende zou ik zo weer hier kopen.
