"I bought a car from Jacob Schaap Select. The car looked good and drove perfectly. Weeks later, I broke down on the side of the road. The car was towed to the dealership, and they discovered a worn wiring harness. I was about to go on vacation, so the car needed urgent repairs. The salesperson was on vacation, so unfortunately, I couldn't discuss the repair process with him. I had the car repaired at the dealership and then emailed him to explain the problem. Ben is very courteous and follows all legal requirements. We reached a satisfactory solution. In short, you can buy your car here with confidence. I'm very satisfied with the sale, but also with the handling and service even after many weeks. Ben is a reliable and honest salesperson."

"Two months ago, we bought a used Audi TT from Autobedrijf Schaap Select on the used side. Unfortunately, it already has a blown head gasket, which will be very expensive. We returned it to the garage, but it's not covered by the warranty, which we find strange. Unfortunately, the garage also didn't offer a solution, which you'd expect when buying an expensive car with a warranty. We are extremely disappointed and definitely don't recommend this garage."

"Slechte ervaring. Je mag pas een proefrit in een auto maken als je eerst samen met de verkoper de financiering - inclusief eventuele inruil - van de auto hebt besproken. Als het er dan op lijkt dat potentiele koper en verkoper tot elkaar kunnen komen mag je een proefrit maken. Situatie staat niet op zichzelf, want volgens verkoper is dat nou eenmaal hun beleid. Weeg dit dus goed af voordat je besluit een bezoek aan Jacob Schaap Select B.V. te brengen."
