Update: Yes, that's right. I had to sell my car. The repair costs were so high. What am I supposed to do with a broken car? I have to go to work. You admit you're wrong. The car is broken and offer a repair as a solution. I have to pay €1,000, but you cover the labor costs. I don't think that's a good solution. Because of you, the car broke down, and then they still make the customer pay €1,000 for the repair. No, sorry. Anyway, the car was already gone. So far, I haven't received a good solution. I did call Bart, who offered a compensation of €150. That's not much, I won't buy another car for that price. He said he would discuss it and call me back, but I haven't heard anything since! I've had my cars serviced here for years. The last time was for a radiator replacement. During the repair, I called because the thermostat was also broken. "Okay," they said, "if it's okay, then go ahead." Shortly after, I received a call that the car wasn't ready yet because an incorrect or defective thermostat had been installed. We had to order one, which took a day longer, but that was fine. After picking it up, it turned out the car was broken again, with problems that weren't there before the repair. We called to say it really wasn't right; the car wasn't cooling anymore. We brought the car back, and they inspected it, as mentioned, but couldn't really figure out what was wrong. I said, "Had everything been bled properly?" Everything was installed correctly when it was filled, so why isn't it suddenly cooling anymore? They couldn't tell me. Maybe it was the head gasket? Because it suddenly leaked coolant, too? Which wasn't the case before. I said, "Didn't you build up too much pressure?" But no, that wasn't the problem. Instead of taking responsibility, they just passed the buck, and I wasn't offered a solution. €700 lighter, and now I'm stuck with a broken car that I've maintained there for eight years and bought there, and now the dealer can't tell me what's wrong. They think they know, but they're not sure. I feel like because they're so busy, they can't make a proper diagnosis, and I feel like the repairs were sloppy, leaving me with a broken car that I can take to the scrapyard. Which wasn't really necessary in the first place! No, I wouldn't recommend it!

We picked up our Vitara on Saturday. Robin was very helpful, both with the test drive and the decision to choose this car, as well as with the explanation of the car upon pickup! 👍

Interacted with this showroom for getting a Suzuki Vitera for Private lease. We had interacted with Robin throughout the entire procedure. Robin van Groenigen was amazing and made the process quick, easy and low stress. He is up front & straight forward. Which when buying a car makes it so easy. Seeing my husband satisfied on his chosen (Volkswagen )made me happy as he is very articulate unto it. Transparency and good service is taken cared of. Including the service department as well. Highly recommend!
