I recently bought an Opel Crossland X from J & F Auto's and I'm very satisfied with my experience. The staff was friendly and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and gave honest advice. What I especially appreciated was that I could take a test drive right away, without any hassle. That immediately gave me a good feeling about the car and the company. All in all, a pleasant and reliable experience. Definitely recommended if you're looking for a good car and good service.

I'd read several reviews of this company. Because they offer such competitive prices for their cars, I wanted to experience it for myself first. I have to say, I was very pleased. They give you plenty of time to look around, and a test drive was no problem. After a good conversation, I bought a car, subject to a pre-purchase inspection. I had DEKRA perform the inspection. The inspection went well, and I've had the car for three weeks now. All in all, I thought it was a very professional and cooperative company.

Op 4 januari zag ik via Facebook een advertentie van j en f auto's. Paar dagen over na gedacht en toch ben ik vanuit Rotterdam naar katwijk gereden. En daar stond hij de auto van mijn dromen , Toen ik binnen kwam werd ik vriendelijk aangesproken door Michel. Na een praatje en alle details over de auto een afspraak gemaakt dat ik die middag een proefrit kon maken. De auto was perfect niks op aan te merken . Na een paar dagen was alles geregeld en kon ik de auto ( een mini Cooper club man )ophalen . Ik wil toch even vertellen dat ik super geholpen ben door het personeel en ik heel blij ben met de goede service die ik heb gekregen .
