Called for support on a leaking tyre. They were able and willing to help immediately and solved the issue on the spot to a very reasonable price. KwikFit told me to make an appointment on-line where the website states 'Walk in without an appointment'. Yeah, you can walk in but that's it !

Vandaag mijn banden laten verwisselen en mijn auto laten uitlijnen bij J & F Auto en Bandenservice, en ik ben meer dan tevreden! De service was snel, professioneel en uiterst vriendelijk. Eerlijke prijzen en topkwaliteit service – ik kom hier zeker terug en kan ze iedereen aanraden!

I could not wait inside until the car is done, even other customers were inside. I was sent out and had to wait outside for 2 hours under rain and in the cold. Totally not understandable. Then different service were done than agreed. I went there to have oil service with changing of 3 filters and an alignment and also asked to put some grease at the brackets, as my frond and back breaks are noisy. Finally two filters were NOT changed and only front wheels were greased the friendly request if it’s possible to grease back brackets quickly was declined. Also needed to ask for the rest of the motor oil. Didn’t feel well with behaviour and all circumstances. So cannot really recommend in my case, but pretty sure that others are happy with their service.
