You can often get in quickly, or they're willing to think along with you, even when I'm already (too) late for my MOT. They also communicate clearly about the car's condition and any maintenance issues that are or might be coming up in the coming year, so you're well-informed about what to expect. They also offer helpful advice and support when maintenance issues arise and anything needs replacing—everything is transparent.
