"We had our camper inspected and serviced at Schouten. They were a very pleasant company with friendly and professional staff. We had free access to the canteen, with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and soup. That made the wait a bit more pleasant. After 14 days, we returned for the necessary wheel nut inspection, and again, we were helped promptly and were on our way within half an hour."

"Perfect service. While driving our campervan, our fuel pump stopped working because we crashed through a pothole. Fiat Assistance couldn't provide technical support by phone. A minor detail: we were parked on the hard shoulder of an exit. Iveco Schouten Tiel was able to help us by phone, and after 5 minutes, I was able to reset the pump, as they were able to tell me where the reset button is! To the team: Thanks for your help!"

"I was able to get in immediately for an emergency repair! The staff were very pleasant and friendly. Unfortunately, I had to wait a long time for the parts, but of course, the garage couldn't do anything about it. They gave me fries while I waited. The repair was done quickly once the parts arrived. Excellent!"
