Very rude staff, helping and thinking along in case of breakdown, no, they don't do that

Our motorhome broke down on Sunday morning, July 9, 2023, one kilometer past the Dutch border. Unfortunately, we weren't towed until Monday night. My attempt to get help from a German Iveco dealer on Monday was unsuccessful. The tow truck took us to Iveco Schouten in Doetinchem, 25 km away. Although all the repair bays were occupied, they helped us immediately. On Thursday morning, the new gearbox was installed, and we were able to continue our vacation. During our stay, the workshop provided us with electricity, water, and coffee. All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and polite. We have never experienced such wonderful service. We couldn't have asked for more helpfulness. We would like to thank them again most sincerely. Volker Emser

Very satisfied! The sliding door was readjusted within 30 minutes so that it functioned properly again! What other garages unfortunately couldn't manage, Iveco Schouten neatly resolved for us. Thank you!

I bought a new Talento in 2020. When I asked the seller questions via the app, I got no answer, and after a year the battery broke down, costing €335. No warranty.

There's little parking in front of the store. It's a shame there's little to no eye contact with customers as they walk in. The warehouse employee next door handles this perfectly. She's friendly and dedicated.
