All in all, the caravan repair took 1 year and 3 months. Ultimately, I'm satisfied with the repair, but Mr. Meinema's communication with the customer is 0.0. I had to contact my insurance company several times to check on the progress of the repair. I also reported these findings to my insurer.

I've been waiting four months for a damage quote. I've called back eleven times, and they keep saying they'll "take care of it tomorrow." Very disappointing. If you're too busy, all due respect, just say so.

On May 2nd, I took them to get an insurance quote for our caravan due to significant damage. All they did was lie to me about getting a quote. Now, September 15th, I still haven't heard anything.

We are very satisfied with the expertise and information provided by Inventive Repair in Heerenveen. Due to moisture problems with our skylight window, we brought the campervan in yesterday and were able to return it repaired the same day. We were informed by email about the cause of the problem, including accompanying photos. We are therefore very positive about the approach and expertise.
