"Ik raad het aan, snel, goede prijzen, goed contact met de klant, leuke sfeer bij het ophalen van de auto. Het is de moeite waard om uw auto naar deze monteur te brengen. I recommend, fast, good prices, good contact with the customer, nice atmosphere when picking up the car. It is worth taking your car to this mechanic. Polecam, szybko, dobre ceny, dobry kontakt z klientem, miła atmosfera podczas odbierania samochodu. Warto oddać auto do tego mechanika."

"Contacted this garage for a car I wanted to purchase, I specifically asked sales staff to keep me updated about the car arriving to the garage so I can come, check and buy it. They never replied back and never updated me, at some point I found out that the car is already sold. Disappointing handling of potential client"

"Last year I took my car for APK. my break lines had to be changed. I gave them those parts, so they did not have any excuse.BUT they did not touch it, they charged me for changing it about €800. They also broke some break lines and stuck it to the body with zip ties. I'm a mechanic myself. I don't know why they are 4 stars but these guys get zero star. It's scam there. Do not go there."

"Deceptive and dishonest service. Bought a car with Bovag garantie of one year. The brake disks were below minimum, so I took the car back for replacement within the Bovag garantie period and the sales person told me that the Bovag garantie is not applicable, explaining thay it covers dysfunctional parts only - not wearing of brake disks and pads. He said that repairs will cost €600 (both the disks and the brake pads were worn out) - and that this expense was for my account. Being an expat I was foolish enough to believe the guy and had the repairs done (for €200 less) at a different service privider, only to hear that the Bovag really does include brake disks and legally I could have claimed this from the seller. Now I can't any more because the parts were replaced by a different service provider. This is as unethical as it gets. Read other posts below to see similar repeats of complaints. HP Autoservice Utrecht has absolutely abhorable sales ethics."

"Our car broke down on the highway and the towtruck dropped us off at this garage. The staff were excellent, they started fixing our car right away and did everything to help us. They did a great job at a fair price, I can definitely recommend them!"

"Be super careful. Have really limited trust. Take a specialist to inspect the car. Happened they made an upgrade (false equipement listing) of the car on in the description (additional not existing feature listed - like tyre pressure control) - and imagine - if you do not correct them, they will blame it on you - telling you could have verified it more carefully!! Shame as it is supposed to be Bovag approved car dealer!.... Based on experience 10 days ago!!"
