"I don't understand why this Volvo garage has high rating. Totally misleading! My car was at this garage on 18-Jun-2025 for a recall and charging malfunction service. -I received a call on 18-Jun-2025 afternoon: "Sir, you car is not ready. Can you leave the car overnight? It should be ready tomorrow." I agreed to leave the car overnight. -I am at the garage on 19-Jun-2025 afternoon to pick up my repaired car. Deskman: We found 2 issues. 1) Battery cells require replacement - this is from the recall - Volvo covers the cost. 2) You need to change the inside charger - You have to pay this. -I agreed. We are ordering those parts now. We will call for making an appointment for repair. Up to this point their service was not very good, but acceptable. -I called few times to see the the parts arrived to make a new appointment. Every time the answer is someone will call you back today/tomorrow. That call was never made. -On 08-Aug-2025 I called again and insisted for an answer. The answer: There was nothing wrong with the battery cells. Your car requires only replacement of inside changer. We have to order the charger now. Your next appointment is after 2 months -They refused to send me any document that the battery cells are OK or not!"
