Today I visited the place, their google open hours shows that the place closes at 14:00, unfortunately the man told me they were close at 13:30, not even wanted to let me look for the cars my myself because my budget was too much… Not sure if it was because I’m a foreigner or a women, really hurt me being treated like that.

An honest company where you're told exactly what you're buying. What you see is what you get. The prices are very reasonable, and Jo Honnef doesn't sell you fancy words. I've bought several cars from him and have never been disappointed. Of course, there's also a bit of luck involved. Either way, it's a great selection at great prices.
