Overall, I am happy with the service I received at Honda Automotive Center Van Nieuwkerk. The appointment process was smooth, and the service manager was efficient, clear, and helpful throughout. I also appreciated the communication in English and the time taken to explain the work, pricing, and next steps before proceeding. The waiting area, although small, is comfortable enough for short visits. It would be great to have a few more drink options available — perhaps a vending machine for items other than water or coffee. The Klein Service was completed within a reasonable timeframe and at pricing consistent with dealership standards. Adding a complimentary wash or interior vacuum, as some other brands offer, would be a nice extra touch to make the customer experience even better. Overall, this was a positive experience, and I appreciate the professional and courteous approach of the staff.

Very nice people. Pleasure to deal with. I bought a secondhand Toyota from Honda salesperson (Mike) and he was very knowledgeable about it. He went out of his way to make it a pleasant experience. I forgot my keys in the car after a test drive and the dealers was nice enough to call me and let me know when they found them. Thank you, Mike and the team!
