Just went in, the battery is leaking after 3 months. They won't give me a new one because they say I dropped it. I can buy a new one at a discount, haha. I'm not spending another euro there. Just a terrible deal!!!!!!

Friendly people, easy to reach on the phone, but poor order management. I ordered a motorcycle battery on Friday, which was supposed to arrive on Monday. I called back on Monday: there was a delay, but it would definitely arrive on Tuesday. I called back on Tuesday: yes, it was supposed to arrive at 4:00 PM. I arrived at 4:15 PM: oops, it didn't arrive from the supplier after all. Fortunately, they were very understanding that I preferred to order online instead of clinging to #supportyourlocals, and I got my money back with apologies and no ifs or buts. It all happens, but it's a shame it happens when you even call ahead to ask if your order has arrived. Could be better.

Scammers, way too expensive. I went for a new battery; this one is maxed out at €130 everywhere online; they're over €280 for the exact same one. They responded with, "You'll have to buy it somewhere else then," which I certainly did.

Parts are sometimes in stock, but they cost double the normal suggested retail price. Compared to Germany, prices are five to seven times more expensive. For example, brake pads cost €55, while on the German website they cost between €8 and €13 (Valeo) for the same quality!

Parts are expensive here, while they're half the price elsewhere. I called and asked if they had the part in stock. They said it was 100% in stock. I drove 40 kilometers and arrived there, she said. Yes, I see it's out of stock. Honestly, I'll never go here again because they're 50 percent more expensive than others.
