Ik heb een hele goede ervaring met dit bedrijf. Ik kwam met de glassplinters nog aan mijn auto binnen gereden. Achterbak /bank zat ook nog vol met scherven. Werd gelukkig gelijk geholpen. Door een supervriendelijk dame!!! Een kop cappuccino voor de schrik. Achterruit was niet op voorraad, maar werd gelijk besteld. Morgenmiddag zou alles klaar zijn. Ik kreeg zelfs nog een leenauto mee!!!!!! Volgende dag werd ik netjes rond 16.00 uur gebeld dat de auto klaar was!! Wat een service!!! Alleen maar lof voor deze mensen!!! Als ik weer ruitschade zou krijgen. Kom ik hier naartoe!!!

I don't really understand all these positive reviews. Well, it's possible, of course, but I've had a completely different experience. I ordered a plastic rear panel for the trunk lid (the ribbed panel) for a Peugeot 205. €167, only a few left in stock. So, be quick! Ordered, paid, and nothing... So I called. Friendly lady, by the way. No, there was nothing in stock, it had to come from France, but she couldn't say how long it would take. Pretty strange if you indicate on your website that there are still a few in stock? But okay... I waited a few weeks, then called again. Um...no, still no idea when it will arrive from France. A while later, it's still on order, we'll wait and see. And after more than two months, I was suddenly fed up! Cancel and just get my money back. I called again, and the friendly lady understood. She asked me to email her details so I could get my money back. But... nothing happened! Finally, after consulting a lawyer, I had to email an official final notice of default. That same day, I did indeed get my money back within minutes, with the message that they were incredibly busy and didn't always have time... (for many months...). Normally, I would have thought, fine, I got my money back, I'll never order anything from them again anyway, and I'll leave it at that... Tonight I looked at the website again and guess what? Learned nothing!! There's been so much hassle about it! Peugeot 205 ribbed plate/trunk panel, a few left in stock.... I thought, if Hoefa hasn't learned from this, fine! A friendly, understanding lady on the phone or not, but knowingly cheating, fine! The result is a negative review. Here you go. Delivery within 2 to 3 business days is quite different from: it's actually out of stock, we'll order it, but whether it actually arrives, we don't know. That's always a wait-and-see situation from France. No more Hoefa for me!

Fijn contact gehad en doordat er veel vakkennis is was het snel duidelijk welke onderdelen ik nodig had. Sowieso een aanrader om hier met al je Klassieke Peugeot vragen te komen aangezien ze officieel verdeler zijn van "Klassieke" Peugeot onderdelen.
