Very unreliable person. Two days ago, arrangements were made via both email and phone regarding the price and test drive of the car for today. Today, I called an hour in advance as agreed, but the gentleman claimed to know nothing about it. "It was my brother," was the answer. "I'll call you back shortly." Haven't heard from the man since. Doesn't answer his phone either. Great company. Even one star is too much.
