I recently went to this company hoping for a hassle-free service for my car, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the customer service was downright disappointing. The staff (primarily Mr. Aboutaleb) seemed disinterested and uninformed. When I tried to discuss my concerns, I was fobbed off with a nonchalant attitude and a lack of willingness to take my questions seriously. Regarding the actual repair, I can only say that the work was substandard. My car came back with new problems that weren't there before. It seemed like the work had been rushed and sloppy. Furthermore, the repair cost was much higher than originally estimated, with no explanation or transparency regarding the additional costs. The wait time was also unacceptably long. I felt like my car was being neglected and that little effort was made to understand my situation or alleviate my discomfort. In short, my experience with this company was a complete disappointment. From the poor customer service to the shoddy repairs and unexpected costs, I strongly advise against this garage to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service. I will definitely advise my friends and family to have their cars serviced and repaired elsewhere.

Always great service, it's nice that you don't need an appointment for the MOT. Sometimes you have to wait a bit longer when it's busy, but that's the case everywhere, and the staff is always friendly.

Bad garage. The repairs were poorly done. No invoice. The MOT was rejected for a few minor issues. The other one passed immediately.
