It's such a shame. I bought a lease car for peace of mind and no worries, but I ended up with something I wasn't happy with. However, the Nissan dealer handled my complaint well, and I'm happy with the outcome.

I bought a 2021 Nissan Qashqai at the end of December 2022. The car was supposed to be delivered on January 4th, with a major service and various repairs that were paid for. After picking up the car, it turned out that certain repairs hadn't been resolved. I had the car checked at the garage where I worked for 25 years, and it turned out that they had only changed the oil and not done anything else that had been agreed upon. After further inspection, it turned out that the turbo hose was also damaged by stone marten. I went back to complain, but they refused to fix it. They make empty promises that, unfortunately, they don't keep. I've driven Nissan since 1990 (various models), but I've never experienced anything like this at a Nissan dealership.

Unfortunately, there's a charge for replacing a bulb here. While this used to be free at Koops, I'm now using the services of a different garage.

Some of the LEDs in the third brake light were broken after less than a year. An appointment was made without any problems to have a new one installed, of course at no extra cost. Pleasant and well-organized!
