I went here a few years ago to view a car. After the test drive, I expressed serious interest. I discussed several issues with the seller that needed to be repaired/replaced. None of this was a problem. We discussed the price. When I went back two days later to finalize the deal, the seller reneged on all the agreements. The seller actually belonged to a different branch and should never have promised those things. The sale fell through. The next step will be at Herwers Arnhem...

We had been waiting for a year and a half for a replacement for our broken navigation screen. Everything was covered by the Mitsubishi warranty. After a long wait at Bochane Nijmegen, they said the screen still couldn't be delivered. We started looking for another garage, which we chose Herwers Tiel. They requested and installed a new screen within four weeks. What excellent service and customer friendliness. Compliments for the pleasant contact, the excellent service, and the quick turnaround. Definitely worth 5 stars.
