I had a new key programmed for my Giulietta here, and they damaged the steering wheel. I immediately went back to have it looked at, but they deny it was their fault. It's strange, considering it wasn't damaged when I arrived. They're also very difficult to reach by phone, and I've been on hold for tens of minutes several times. They'll never see me again. My review stated they wanted to resolve the problem and contact me. After several calls and even a visit, it's been almost six weeks now, and absolutely nothing has happened. Every time I call, they say they'll call back. But so far, I haven't received a single call back. In short, they make it seem like they want to fix it, but when it comes down to it, nothing happens. You're passed from pillar to post. Not very good service, in my opinion.

Our new Alfa Junior Ibrida was delivered perfectly. Unfortunately, the tow bar can't be installed at the same time. It has to be delivered separately. A bit of a shame. The car drives wonderfully, but requires some research on the installation systems. Very satisfied with the enthusiastic salesperson and his efforts.

We needed a part for our Alfa Romeo Giulia. We discussed it over the phone and received a price. It was obviously a bit more expensive than ordering online, but whatever. The next day, I received a message that the part had arrived, along with the information that the price was unfortunately almost double what I initially quoted. Over €62 for a tiny connector, less than a centimeter long, that wouldn't even fit without modification. Worthless.
