It's a shame that when you make an appointment online, it's already rescheduled twice without consultation. Then you have to figure it out yourself. The customer is definitely not king here.

Brought the car in for an MOT and service. Called mid-day to say the wiper blades needed replacing and that the winter tires were nearing the end of their life. So far so good. Picked up the car in the afternoon and suddenly had to pay an extra €350 because the cabin filter, coolant, and brake fluid had been replaced without prior consultation. No response when I brought this up. Absurd, we won't be coming back!

A fantastic car company, although I never bought one myself due to lack of funds, but Opel is considered one of the most powerful cars. I had an Opel in Iraq; it was powerful, and the regions of Iraq, with their mountainous and desert landscape and climate, are very hot in the summer and bitterly cold in the winter. Yet, Opel held its own until it became the people's car in Iraq.
