Came with 2 problems : 1. Electric system check light investigation 2. My car's "network" is "disconnected" Left with deleted logs, and the other problems remain and -100 euros on my bank account. So they did not solve anything, and they asked for 100 euros for "looking" then suggested I should leave it for up to 4 days to " investigate" Judging by the amount they charged after 2 hours, give it 4 days and maybe they will come back to you with a bill for 1000 euro. They di dnot even know anything about Renault!!! How can you put up signs everywhere about Renault when you cannot answer any questions. And when suggested that to do, they said " look up Renault Netherlands online and call them" - Yeah maybe I should just look up my own car problems next time, as it seems I might save wasting money for nothing. That was simply disgraceful! Avoid AT ALL COSTS. I can check the error using my OBD mysef! I did not need to pay 60 euros for someone to check it for me again, and not solve anything. If you want to come there, waste 2 hours, come back home with the same problem , then you might as well go to a bad neighbourhood, get robbed and come back without 100 euros in your wallet because its basically the same thing! Get robbed of money for nothing in return. Thanks Janssen Kerres! Now I still have my problem, and less money on my bank account.......
