Pim is a top-notch salesperson who listens and keeps his promises, and Bart, the branch manager, ensures that everything is taken care of down to the last detail. No hassle, and we trust each other. I paid to repair an oil leak, which didn't happen. The result is a car that still leaks, and I was lucky I got there quickly to prevent damage. After contacting them several times and admitting that Hedin had mishandled and communicated poorly, they finally gave up and refused to refund a cent. I'll leave it at that, and I'm glad my 2021 Jeep is now at a reputable garage. My opinion of Hedin's handling of this? It's scandalous, absolutely scandalous; honestly, it borders on fraud. We'll leave it at that; it won't cost me any more energy than this.

I would wish all our suppliers were like these guys. Top service. They themselves are a great reason to buy a Jaguar or Range Rover :-)
