After replacing the hybrid battery, I received no confirmation of the repair, no report, and no description of the work performed. I have just reported the matter to the Regional Road Authority and the Consumer Ombudsman. The service center persistently refuses to release any documentation, claiming that the repair was under warranty and that I will therefore not receive any documentation.

Always a hassle here. Arrogant and unfriendly people at the workshop reception. I go there with an engine problem, so they can have it diagnosed. Clearly stated: let them know if there will be additional work and costs. I'm actually sitting in the shop waiting. Nothing was reported, and yet, without approval, they carry out additional work beyond just diagnosis. Oil refilled for €70... Even though I know about the oil consumption, so I have 5 liters at home and regularly top it up myself. And if you try to talk to them, they ignore you and talk to someone else. I've never experienced such poor service anywhere. These guys shouldn't be dealing with customers. In the end, you always end up losing out as a customer. Even if you're right and justified; "The oil is already in there." So, just pay. Unacceptable!

Terrible service. I had to take my car twice in 2 months because they just can't do their job right, more than 2 thousand euros in service and it is still showing the same error. The car always come back with the same sign, and they keep trying to charge me again for any services. I just picked my car up last Thursday and it is still showing the same error. They simply can't give a right diagnosis.

Really not helpful support, specially lady on balie she really dont want to help you, also peoples working there have not knowledge about work what they doing...
