Not exactly customer-friendly service. Without us mentioning the seller's name, friends of ours had the same opinion. So, this garage isn't going to work for us.

Very bad service. These guys are never on time. Can expect to wait 2-4 hours or not showing up at all. Only able to request a call back. They will not let you contact the dealers themselves.

Visited this garage for the first time because I was moving. My car needed a service. It started with me having to wait in line for 40 minutes to return my car key, even though I was at the garage at the time they had specified. Crazy. When that finally happened, they said they would call me when the car was ready. By 5 p.m., I hadn't heard anything; according to the website, the garage would be closed then. I called again and again. No answer. I went there; the showroom was still open. I had to shout five times loudly (!) before someone came out of a shed in the showroom. The car's key was still in the garage (you'd think: a left key on a workday means a car isn't ready yet), and the car hadn't been serviced! It was still where I'd left it. The showroom attendant didn't offer any apologies. Disgraceful. I could have left the car there and it would be serviced the next day. I didn't think so. I'll NEVER come here again. When I got home, I read the reviews about this garage. It turns out I'm not the only one with similar experiences. Apparently, this garage is doing too well to do anything about this situation. It's truly scandalous how these people treat their customers.

Antisocial service. I can't call it anything else. In the afternoon, I ask if a mechanic has a few minutes to scan the ABS system. "No problem, come back at 4:00 PM." Sounds good. At 4:00 PM, I sign a document at the garage (which doesn't list any charges), and the mechanic connects the computer. The customer isn't allowed in the garage for security reasons. No problem at all. I wait patiently outside, and 10 minutes later the mechanic explains the problem, and I'm satisfied. I return to the counter for my key and suddenly receive a bill for 54 euros for the scan. Without a single word of it being mentioned beforehand. Simply antisocial.

We've been customers for years. But this time, the service was excellent. Brent, the sales advisor, had plenty of time for us and our questions. Very competent and customer-focused. My compliments.
