On December 15, 2025, I visited Hedin Automotive Heerlen (Kia) to have damage to my car documented. I was told they would contact me to handle the matter further. However, I heard nothing until February 4, and I ended up having to contact them myself. A callback request was created, but of course, I didn't receive a callback. In the days that followed, I had to call back several times, each time with the same result: another callback request and no follow-up. Today, now deeply frustrated, I called again—and you guessed it: another callback request. This garage is a joke. The lack of communication, accountability, and service is absolutely scandalous. Management should seriously look into this, especially considering the many negative reviews. They clearly have the wrong people in the wrong places right now. This makes the decision to switch to Hyundai Wassink Autogroep very easy for me.
