I found a car I was interested in and, on short notice, informed the dealership that I was coming for a test drive. The communication was excellent, they had everything prepared and ready when I arrived. Stefan was very helpful, answering all my questions and providing great support throughout the process. The sales experience and delivery went smoothly, and the post-sales support has been just as impressive. For a minor fix, they even arranged a pickup service for me since I’m from North Holland. I highly recommend the team in Goes, and I’ll definitely be returning for my next car!

If you have money to throw away, you should definitely come here! They change parts without asking, and they do it again, saying that the work done a month ago does not appear to have been done by us. They charge separately for identifying the fault. And they charge separately for the time spent identifying the fault. :D That's ridiculous. Coming here was one of the worst mistakes of my life. I would never recommend it!

Took my BMW Gran Tourer for a service with these guys. Worst mistake of my life. At 100 000km I spent more than EUR3000 for a service, including removing an annoying notification "SOS call failure" because the SOS call system battery was flat (cost EUR400). And then, two weeks after this service, I get another notification saying I need to replace transmission oil. Thus another day to Goes and another EUR400 to BMW. Must be nice being a BMW dealer or service partner. My advice for a long happy life with minimum stress: 1) Don't buy a BMW of any kind 2) Don't ever go to Hedin Goes. They simply have zero regard for their customer's wallet and will simply add more and more checks, with more and more notifications to be removed only by BMW. 3) Read number 1.

Terrible! I purchased a car. They showed me a nice car but they handed me all scratches one! Alreafy I told them if my car has scratches what happens they said they fix it before handing. When I recieved the car I contacted them and they said they can not fix it and this is what it is!!! I am looking my rights but even the customer service and the winkel do not pay attention my issue! I have complaint about it.
