"★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely worst aftersales experience. My interaction with the service manager Edwin was extremely disappointing — unhelpful, dismissive, incompetent and nowhere near the standard of a premium brand. Based on my experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend Hedin Amstelveen."

"I gave my car (J-9**-V*) to their werkplaats on 31.07.2024 for a P0236 turbo pressure problem. I already told them the sensors were already tried with new ones, but the problem persists. But again, they changed the turbo pressure sensors and told me that the specific problem was solved and charged EUR 290. Next day... the error appeared again :) However, I don't give 1 star because at least they warned me to give the car back immediately to the seller as the car may have other issues. I gave the car back."

"I was subjected to a miserable situation in this company. I do not know how Mercedes employs people who are racist and impolite in their speech because I am not white, but my car is expensive. The employee deceived me and defrauded me and did not fix the problem. I am disappointed."

"Always helpful when taking care of my RHD Mercedes from the UK, from a full service to small repairs they’ve never made an issue and dealt with things immediately even without an appointment. They’ve helped make things much easier than expected with an imported car, and don’t charge a premium above normal prices."

"I had several experiences with this dealer and most of my visit ended up with frustration. Starting with their booking system - you choose the timing (usually much in advance) and when you come you find out the visit is not in the system if they don't confirm it - so what is the point of this booking system??? Simple things take them time - changing the tires - everytime I scheduled the visit 2 weeks in advance it is put off. Also had a very long story of replcing missed internal part in the car that as a user you can't really see - had to book 3 visits and everytime I had explain the problem from the beginning, the worker didn't even look into the computer for the history!!! The staff is not helpful, the answers are short and not necessarly comprehensive. If you are not car expert, you may round circles. Not recommended at all."
